- The Society shall be known as ‘IMC of ITI NURPUR.’
- The address of the registered office of the Society shall be MEMBER SECRETARY CUM PRINCIPAL GOVT. ITI NURPUR, DISTT. KANGRA,H.P.-176202
- The Society was formed on 14 may 2010
- The Society is within the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Societies,NURPUR
- The business hours of the Society shall be between 06:00 a.m to 08:00 p.m on all working days except Sundays and Government Holidays.
- These rules may be called “Rules of the Society -IMC of ITI NURPUR”
- The aims and main objects of the Society shall be as set out in the Memorandum of Association.
- In these Rules and Regulations, the language shall be interpreted according to its ordinary meaning provided, however, that unless the context necessarily indicates otherwise.
